Deposit
policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit (tax not included) is required by
Feb. 15th or at the time the reservation is made if later than
Feb. 15th. Deposits will be refunded only if the cottage can be
re-rented for the reserved week.
Pets and
Smoking
Please note that we are unable to accommodate pets. We also requests
that guests smoke only outside the cabins and house.
Check-in:
2 p.m. or later on Saturdays
If you expect to arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us of approximate
arrival time.
Check-out: 10 a.m. on Saturdays (please observe the checkout
time so that the cleaning staff will have sufficient time to prepare
the cottages for new arrivals)
Our cottages
are supplied with everything you should need for a comfortable
week's stay except for linens. Please bring your own twin-sized
sheets, pillowcases, towels and washcloths. All two bedroom
cottages also have a double-sized futon couch in the living room.
If you are unable to bring linens, we can, if requested, provide
linens for an extra fee of $10 per person per week.
Concerning
telephone calls:
Individual cottages are not equipped with telephones. Our office
will make every effort, however, to deliver messages as soon as
possible. Calls received after 9 p.m. will be delivered the next
day except for emergency situations.
